1. Services Provided

• Tradeset provides online tools for trade journaling, trade analysis, performance tracking, and optional trade sharing.
• Tradeset is for educational and informational purposes only and does not provide investment, financial, or trading advice.
• We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice.

2. Accounts & Registration

• To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information.
• You are responsible for:
  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activity under your account
• You may not share or transfer your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use Tradeset to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Post false, misleading, abusive, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload harmful software or attempt to breach security
• Spam, solicit, or impersonate others

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Shared Trades & User Content

If you choose to share trades or content:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant Tradeset a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and use the content to operate the platform
• You confirm you have the right to post the content
• Tradeset is not responsible for user-generated content.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance.
• All payments are final and non-refundable.
• It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before renewal.

6. No Investment Advice

• Tradeset does not recommend buying or selling any financial instrument.
• All trading decisions are made at your own risk.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.

7. Third-Party Links

Tradeset may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or services.

8. Intellectual Property

• All Tradeset software, branding, logos, and content are owned by Tradeset or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Tradeset without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Tradeset is provided "as is" and "as available."
• We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, uptime, or results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradeset is not liable for:

• Trading losses
• Lost profits or data
• Indirect or consequential damages

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
• You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Canadian courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tradeset means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Refunds and Cancellations

• Tradeset has a no refund policy after sign-up. All payments made are final and non-refundable.
• Tradeset is not responsible for continued subscriptions should a customer forget to cancel their account. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the cancellation.
